QA handoff template.
A template the feature engineer fills in when handing a build to QA. The point: every QA engineer starts with the same picture of what to test.

Why "what NOT to test"
QA finds stuff the engineer forgot to mention. Listing what is out of scope keeps QA focused on the actual surface and avoids "we already know about that one" exchanges.
