file themselves.

Visual feedback mapped to specific timestamps, ready to paste into GitHub.

From record to filed in under a minute.

1

Record & narrate

Capture your screen and talk through the issue just like you would on a call.

2

Auto-tag & transcribe

We automatically capture your OS, browser, and turn your speech into a structured document.

3

You file

Click one button to send the complete ticket directly into your team's issue tracker.

Other tools save the video. Screendog files the ticket.

One click sends a structured bug report into Linear, an issue into GitHub or Jira, a page into Notion, or a formatted message into Slack — with the recording linked as evidence. Your team works from a real ticket in their real tool, not a 12-minute video buried in a thread.

Common questions

Is Screendog free?
You get 5 recordings on the free trial to see if Screendog fits your team. After that, choose Pro at $29.99/mo or Team at $100/mo.
What happens after my 5 free recordings?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Existing recordings stay accessible — only new recordings require an active plan.
Do I need to install a Chrome extension?
Nope. Everything works directly in your browser with zero installs required.
What integrations does Screendog support?
Real one-click filing into Linear, GitHub Issues, Notion, Slack, and Jira — Screendog calls each service's API directly to create the issue, page, or message with the recording attached as evidence. Connect each tool with a personal API key in Settings (takes about 30 seconds per service). Available on the Pro and Team plans; the Free plan exports to Markdown.
Can my teammates view recordings without an account?
Yes. Anyone with the share link can watch — no sign-up, no install, no app.
How does Team plan pricing work?
Team is $100/mo for the first 4 seats. Each additional seat is $20/mo, added or removed automatically when you invite or remove teammates from the settings page. Stripe handles prorated charges — you only ever pay for the seats you actually use.
Can teammates comment on recordings?
Yes — both Pro and Team plans include threaded, timestamped comments on every recording. Attach the current video time to any comment, then click that timestamp in the thread to jump straight to that moment. Replies keep discussion focused per topic.
